Preparation

  3. Slice the bell peppers and onions into strips, then add them to the bowl. Toss everything together until evenly mixed.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with warm tortillas.
