  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Fresh lemon juice is recommended.
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped Fresh parsley adds color and freshness.
  • 1/4 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Adjust to taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined; the mixture should be smooth and fragrant.
  3. Brush the butter mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch or overlap.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the fillets halfway through. They are done when they flake easily with a fork and are golden-brown.

Notes

For the best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer. If necessary, cook in batches. Serve with fluffy rice, quinoa salad, or steamed vegetables.
