  4. Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not crowded to achieve optimal crispiness.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Check for a golden sear; the scallops should look opaque and firm when done.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges to squeeze over the top for added brightness.
