  • 1/4 cup water To prepare the brownie mix

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter, then stir in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until the mixture is glossy.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth and slightly thicker.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture just until no dry flour remains and fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the brownie mix and water until smooth and thick.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Scoop a portion of cookie dough, press some brownie mixture into the center, and roll it into a ball so the brownie is enclosed.
  2. Place on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden while the center remains soft.
  4. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For best results, ensure the brownie mix is thick enough to retain its shape and mix until smooth. Store in an airtight container for optimal freshness.
