- Start by brewing 1 cup of coffee. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until cold.
- In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, and a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Stop blending once you achieve a smooth texture with a few ice particles still visible.
- Pour a small amount into a glass to taste. If you’d like it sweeter, stir in more caramel sauce.
- Pour the frappe into tall glasses, top with whipped cream if desired, and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.
Notes
For best results, ensure coffee is well-chilled before blending. Adjust the caramel incrementally to get the desired sweetness. Serve immediately for the best texture.
