  • 1 cup milk You can use any type of milk or non-dairy alternatives.
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Plus extra for drizzling.
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream Use ice cream that melts easily for a creamier texture.
  • Ice cubes A handful is sufficient.
  • Whipped cream Optional, for topping.

Preparation
  1. Start by brewing 1 cup of coffee. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until cold.
  2. In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, and a handful of ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Stop blending once you achieve a smooth texture with a few ice particles still visible.
  5. Pour a small amount into a glass to taste. If you’d like it sweeter, stir in more caramel sauce.
  6. Pour the frappe into tall glasses, top with whipped cream if desired, and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.

Notes

For best results, ensure coffee is well-chilled before blending. Adjust the caramel incrementally to get the desired sweetness. Serve immediately for the best texture.
