  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the basket with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in the mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring softly until just combined. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the parchment-lined air fryer basket, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are soft but cooked through. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  2. Let the cookies cool in the basket for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
