Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, rolled oats, and ground cinnamon for the crumble topping.
Cooking
  1. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
  2. Place the muffin tin in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  3. Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

For best results, don't overcrowd the fryer and check for doneness early. You can store muffins in an airtight container or freeze.
