- Juice the limes to extract about 1 cup of juice, removing any seeds.
- In a blender, combine the lime juice, coconut milk, and maple syrup, and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add ice and a splash of water to achieve desired thickness, then blend again until the mixture is uniform.
- Pour the lemonade into glasses filled with ice and garnish with a lime slice if desired.
Notes
For best results, chill the blender pitcher ahead of time. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
