  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until the oil shines.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then cook them in the skillet for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep it warm on a plate.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, ensuring it doesn't brown.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently and bringing it to a simmer with small bubbles forming at the edge.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the sauce is smooth and thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the creamy sauce over it, and let simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Avoid burning the garlic to prevent bitterness, and consider adding sautéed spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for added flavor.
