Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the carrots and green beans.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
  4. Toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. For added flavor, drizzle balsamic vinegar over the vegetables in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Serving
  1. Once done, let cool slightly and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
