Preparation
  1. Place the sliced strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the coconut milk and sweetener into the blender. Blend again until everything is fully combined.
  3. In a tall glass, fill halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the blended mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.

Notes

Use freshly hulled strawberries and well-mixed coconut milk. For varied flavors, consider adding vanilla extract or swapping fruits like raspberries or mango.
