- In a tall glass, combine the honey and fresh lemon juice. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
- Fill the glass about three-quarters full with ice cubes.
- Carefully pour the butterfly pea flower tea over the ice.
- Slowly add the sparkling water on top to create an ombré effect.
- Stir gently with a long spoon without disturbing the layers too much.
- Garnish with lemon slices and edible flowers, then serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, brew butterfly pea flower tea in advance and let it cool completely. Adjust honey to preference for sweetness.
