Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the small potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until thoroughly coated.
- Place the potato halves cut side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally for a golden brown color and crispy texture.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the potato bites from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
