Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the small potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until thoroughly coated.
  4. Place the potato halves cut side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally for a golden brown color and crispy texture.
  6. Once cooked, carefully remove the potato bites from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
