  • 2 pounds small potatoes Cut in half for quicker cooking
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the small potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  3. Cut each potato in half to help them cook faster.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the potato halves with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for an even golden color.
Serving
  1. Once finished, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
  2. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs if desired, then serve warm.

Notes

Enjoy them warm for the best experience. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for a few days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-8 minutes.
