Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the small potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.

- In a large bowl, toss the potato halves with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for an even golden color.
Serving
- Once finished, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh herbs if desired, then serve warm.
Notes
Enjoy them warm for the best experience. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for a few days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-8 minutes.
