  1. Place the Oreo cookies into a zipper bag and crush them into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the heavy cream until you see soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In another mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Carefully fold the crushed Oreos and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gradually add the whipped cream to the mixture, gently incorporating it.
  6. Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Chill the mousse for recommended time to develop flavors. For best results, avoid over-mixing after adding whipped cream.
